 Ingredients

 Bucket of noodles.

 a bit of zucchini.

 a bit of carrot.

 Broccoli.

Three cloves of chopped garlic.

 salt. black pepper.

 A teaspoon of blackstrap molasses.

 A tablespoon of spaghetti sauce .

 A tablespoon of vegetable oil .

 Two tablespoons of soy .

 Put two cups of water during a saucepan over a medium heat, and let it come to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil to the water, then add the noodles and leave them on the hearth for 3-5 minutes. Cut each of: carrots, zucchini, and broccoli into small pieces. Put a teaspoon of vegetable oil during a frypan over a medium heat, add the chopped vegetables and blend the ingredients well for several minutes. Add chopped garlic, molasses, spaghetti sauce and stir until the ingredients are homogeneous. Add the boiled noodles to the mixture and blend until the noodles are saturated with flavors.

Add the chopped parsley, juice , lemon peel and blend all the ingredients together. Add the noodles and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
