How to make chicken fatteh





Ingredients

Two cups of chicken stock .

A cup of rice and oil .

 Half a cup of pine nuts.

 Five hundred grams of yogurt and chicken pieces with bones.

 A loaf of Arabic bread.

 Five grains of cardamom.

Four grains of mastic.

Two tablespoons of oil .

 tablespoon of butter.

Dry hot pepper and finely chopped parsley, to serve.

 A clove of garlic. Two sheets of herb .

 Cinnamon stick. Salt - as desired.

How to prepare

 Boil chicken pieces with each of: mastic, water, cardamom, cinnamon and herb until they're cooked, then filter the chicken, take two cups of chicken stock and cook the rice with it until it's cooked. Clean the chicken from the skin and bones, cut its meat, and cut the loaf of bread into squares. Heat a cup of oiler and fry the pieces of bread in it until they're browned, then remove the pieces from the oil and transfer them on kitchen paper and leave them until they become cold. Crush the garlic and add it to the milk, then add salt to taste and blend the milk well with the remainder of the ingredients. Fry the pine nuts within the oil until it's browned, then remove it from the warmth and add the butter thereto , and stir until it's melted. Spread a layer of fried bread within the dish , then spread the rice thereon , then sprinkle half the quantity of chicken pieces, then pour the yogurt over the layers, then spread the second layer of chicken on the surface of the milk. Garnish the dish with: dry hot pepper, pine nuts and parsley, then serve. Chicken Fatteh With Decision Ingredients Half a teaspoon of black pepper. 1 teaspoon turmeric, fine coriander and salt. Three tablespoons of vegetable oil . A kilogram of shredded chicken. an outsized piece of chopped onion. Five cloves of crushed garlic.

Rice Ingredients:

 Two cups of water and short-grain rice. Two teaspoons of salt. Two tablespoons of vegetable oil Garlic Daqqa Ingredients: 1/4 cup of juice and vegetable oil . Two pods of red and green hot peppers. Six cloves of garlic.

Presentation Ingredients:

 Two loaves of toasted bread. a cup of milk. Method of preparation

Prepare the chicken:

Heat the oil during a saucepan, then add garlic and onions and stir until they wither. Add the chicken and saute it on all sides, then cover the saucepan until the chicken is slightly browned. Add water so as to hide the chicken completely and add: turmeric, pepper and coriander and leave the mixture until it's completely cooked. Filter the stock and keep it hot.

Prepare the rice:

Heat the vegetable oil , add the rice thereto and stir it a touch . Adding water and salt and leaving the rice on a heat until the boiling point is reached. Reduce the temperature, cover the saucepan and leave it until it's completely cooked. Preparing the accuracy:

Put each of vegetable oil , juice , garlic, hot pepper and salt during a kitchen appliance and run the blender until a smooth mixture is obtained, and set it aside. Break a quantity of toasted bread during a dish , put it within the dish, then distribute some precision thereon then the recent broth so as for the bread to soak up it well. Distribute the rice on the bread, then stack the chicken pieces, then distribute the flour. Distribute the milk over the crumb, then decorate it with pieces of toasted bread. Distribute some nuts on the crumb, then serve it directly.
