Preparation method

 Caramel sauce Put sugar and water on the hearth then leave them until boiling.

 await the colour of the sugar to change; It should be brown, and take care to not burn.

When the colour of the sugar becomes brown, remove the pot from the warmth , add the liquid cream and vanilla, then return it to the hearth for one minute only.

Put the mixture during a heat-resistant glass container.

Sift the flour and cocoa before putting them within the mixture.

Cream cheese: These are the graceful , spreadable cheeses that are often wont to prepare sandwiches.
